Les Gants enhances operational efficiency & security with HI GIO Cloud

Les Gants is a manufacturer specializing in high-quality sports gloves, with its production facility located in Da Nang, Vietnam. The company relied on basic accounting software with few users in its early stages. However, as the business expanded in size and complexity, Les Gants recognized the urgent need for a more robust system — specifically, an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform — to streamline business operations across departments such as accounting, HR, import-export, and overall management.

The Challenge Before HI GIO Cloud

As the ERP system was introduced, the number of users and system activities surged, leading to a series of technical challenges:
• Frequent system conflicts due to simultaneous multi-user access
• Connection disruptions that negatively impacted productivity

Through this collaboration, Les Gants deployed a comprehensive solution stack:
• Migrated its ERP data to the HI GIO Cloud Server
• Integrated HI GIO BaaS (Veeam-powered Backup as a Service) for automated ERP data backups
• Utilized IFMS (IIJ Firewall Management System) to secure internal and external access and prevent data leakage when using third-party software
• Deployment began in July 2022 and continues to operate seamlessly
